Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Regional Partnerships Lead based in the Netherlands. Take ownership of strategic seller and partner relationships across Europe within a global, community-driven music marketplace.

You will strengthen relationships with priority sellers, support regional programmes, and ensure a consistent, trusted experience for partners. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Communications, and Customer Support to bring local insights into platform

Qualifications

• 3+ years in seller success, partnerships, or account management in marketplace settings.
• Strong ability to engage with sellers, buyers, and catalogue-driven businesses.
• Proven relationship-building skills with priority accounts and stakeholders.
• Data-driven with ability to interpret performance data and translate into actions.
• Experience collaborating across time zones in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Own long-term relationships with European sellers and strategic partners.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with premium European marketplace accounts.
• Monitor portfolio health, identify risks, and provide guidance for best practices.
• Drive adoption of marketplace tools and workflows (Shipping Policies, IMS).
• Coordinate seller communications reflecting platform developments and policy changes.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay seller feedback and insights.
• Support regional programmes, events, and real-world activations.
• Travel regionally four to five times annually (up to 10% of time).
