Job summary

Nebius Academy is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale our demand generation engine across markets. You will design and execute multi-channel programs, optimize funnels, and drive qualified pipeline, reporting to the CMO.

You will lead AI-driven initiatives, manage paid acquisition across major channels, and collaborate with Sales, Content, and Design to continuously improve lead quality and campaign efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or similar hands-on role.
• Proven experience managing paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta.
• Strong understanding of growth marketing fundamentals, funnels, attribution, experimentation.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar) and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute full-funnel demand generation programs from awareness to pipeline.
• Build and deploy AI agent orchestration for campaigns and content assets.
• Manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other channels.
• Design landing pages, emails, and conversion flows; optimize performance.
• Define and improve MQLs, CPL, CAC, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Content, and Design to improve lead quality and campaigns.
• Plan field marketing like webinars, events, and regional activations.
• Support ABM initiatives for priority accounts and cross-functional alignment.
• Experiment with messaging, offers, and channel performance to boost efficiency.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate execution and marketing workflows.
