Job summary

Nebius B.V. is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to build a growth engine for Nebius Certification, turning narratives and hypotheses into measurable marketing activities.

You will attract technical professionals and drive adoption across the Nebius ecosystem, while staying hands-on. You will define how Nebius Certification is positioned and brought to market, shaping the go-to-market strategy and executing it across multiple audiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles.
• Strong ownership and initiative.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English.
• Background in or strong interest in AI-powered products.
• Experience using analytics to drive marketing decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for training programs, certification exams, and other ecosystem partnerships.
• Build a measurement framework that provides clear visibility into outcomes for marketing initiatives and enables continuous tracking of traction.
• Establish the presence of our offerings within relevant professional communities.
• Define positioning, messaging, and differentiation for Nebius Certification across different target segments.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to shape roadmap priorities through customer, market, and competitive insights.
• Support Sales enablement by creating pitch decks, competitive messaging, and case studies.
