Job summary

Nebius B.V. is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to grow Nebius Certification’s presence in professional communities and build long-term relationships with creators, industry experts, and ecosystem partners.

You will define representation across communities, identify channels, and drive campaigns across social, events, meetups, and universities to attract technical professionals and boost adoption of Nebius Certification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product marketing or related roles.
• Owns initiatives and drives projects.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns.
• Experience with CRM/marketing automation tools (HubSpot).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English.
• Background or strong interest in AI-powered products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the influencer and community marketing strategy for Nebius Certification.
• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with technical creators, AI practitioners, educators, and industry experts.
• Build long-term partnerships with developer communities, meetups, conferences, universities, and ecosystem partners.
• Design and execute influencer campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and certification adoption.
• Develop ambassador and advocacy programs to encourage community-led promotion.
• Coordinate collaborations across social media, video platforms, podcasts, newsletters, events, and other channels.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Content, and Product teams for messaging and campaigns.
• Measure performance of influencer and community initiatives, tracking reach, engagement, conversions and ROI.
• Continuously identify emerging communities, creators, and partnership opportunities in AI and cloud ecosystems.
• Represent Nebius Certification at industry events, conferences, webinars, and meetups.
