Job summary

Nebius Academy is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale demand generation across multiple markets. You will design multi-channel programs, optimize funnels, and drive pipeline while leveraging AI tools for productivity and faster execution.

Reporting to the CMO, this role requires strong growth marketing fundamentals, experience with HubSpot or similar platforms, and excellent English communication. Fully remote within European time zones is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B Growth Marketing or similar hands-on role.
• Proven experience managing paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Meta.
• Strong understanding of demand gen, funnels, attribution, experimentation, and optimization.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar).
• Strong data-driven decision making and analytics.
• EdTech or B2B SaaS experience preferred.
• Excellent English and ability to work across European time zones (CET).

Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel demand generation programs from awareness through pipeline conversion.
• AI Agent Orchestration: Build and deploy LLM agents for outbound sequences and content rewriting.
• Manage paid acquisition across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other B2B channels.
• Design, test, and optimize landing pages, emails, and campaigns; improve funnels.
• Collaborate with Sales and ABM to improve lead quality and pipeline.
• Plan webinars, events, and regional activations; support field marketing.
