Job summary

Bynder is seeking a high-energy Business Applications Solution Architect to lead Salesforce-based re-architecture efforts and own end-to-end delivery for revenue management initiatives. You will work with senior peers to translate architecture into concrete steps and drive adoption across GTM and Operations teams.

You will balance major initiatives with ongoing support, leverage AI tools to boost productivity, and operate in a global, fast-paced environment in Amsterdam or Rotterdam.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solution design experience on the Salesforce platform and a proven track record of advanced configuration and leading complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive Major Re-architecture: act as hands-on project owner and design expert for Salesforce re-architecture, delivering Agentforce Revenue Management with senior peers.
• Turn Strategy into Action: map out concrete steps to apply Salesforce best practices to Bynder's environment.
• Lead Busy Stakeholders: guide GTM and Operations teams to stay aligned and move forward.
• End-to-End Ownership: own requirement analysis, detailed design, technical validation, and change adoption.
• Balance Innovation & Continuity: manage minor enhancements and day-to-day support alongside major initiatives.
• Champion Pragmatic Governance: design scalable solutions while minimizing technical debt.
• Leverage AI for Delivery: use AI tools to streamline docs, workflows, and timelines.
