Salesforce.com, inc. seeks a Portfolio Leader to direct and grow a team of technical AI specialists deploying Agentforce in complex customer environments.

This hands‑on leadership role is a multiplier on the agentic frontier, blending delivery leadership with executive‑level influence across a blended team of Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists. You will own capacity planning, talent acquisition, and staffing, while driving engineering excellence and unblocking enterprise

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct people leadership or high‑impact technical leadership across cross‑functional teams.
• Experience shaping AI strategy, and driving adoption in enterprise deployments.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise software implementation, data modeling, API integration, and AI deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own capacity planning, talent acquisition, and staffing for cross‑functional squads.
• Lead AI‑augmented delivery with a focus on engineering excellence and safe, scalable deployments.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on pilot programs and beta rollouts to inform the core roadmap.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop Technical and Strategic Builders for production‑ready systems.
• Monitor delivery metrics and coach teams to optimize speed from sketch to deployable in weeks.
• Serve as final technical escalation point for portfolio in areas like LLMs and data pipelines.
• Unblock complex data readiness, tool integration, and multi‑agent orchestration challenges.
• Build executive relationships to anchor Agentforce adoption and ensure value delivery.
• Align with Services, Account Success, and Product to move clients from pilot to production swiftly.
• Maintain enterprise focus, shipping high‑quality systems and scaling talent.
