Upway is expanding its B2B network in the Netherlands and seeks an SMB Partnerships Manager to lead regional partnerships with independent bike shops and regional chains. You will drive supplier relationships, trade-ins and stock decisions to grow the Upway trade-in platform as a trusted daily tool for retailers.

The role requires 2-5 years in B2B sales, with a hunter mindset, 60-80% travel, and native Dutch with professional English for reporting.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in B2B Sales, Business Development or Purchasing.
• Experience in cycling industry is a plus; we value Sales DNA above all else.
• Willing to travel 60-80% within your region.
• Analytical approach to prioritizing targets and routing.
• Native Dutch and professional English for reporting.

Responsabilités

• Regional ownership of a major bicycle region and end-to-end relationships.
• Identify, prospect and onboard independent bike shops and regional chains.
• Identify and purchase excess stock from partners.
• Negotiate favorable purchasing terms for Upway.
• Deploy additional services to build a B2B ecosystem with our partners.
