Job summary

Vinted is seeking a Regional Parcel Centre Manager to lead a network of Vinted Go-owned parcel centres across the Netherlands, ensuring high performance and service quality.

You will coach coordinators, manage workforce planning, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with carriers and internal teams to stabilise and scale operations while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.

Willingness to travel between sites is essential and you’ll play a key role in launching new centres.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Experience in multi-site logistics and parcel operations.
• Proven people-management experience.
• Strong workforce planning and scheduling skills.
• Data-driven KPI reporting and improvement capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of 6–10 parcel centres across the Netherlands.
• Coach parcel centre coordinators and operatives.
• Escalation point for operational and people issues.
• Own workforce planning, scheduling, onboarding and training.
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvements.
• Ensure parcel collection, drop-off, storage, and handover processes run smoothly.
• Maintain high standards for health & safety, security, quality.
• Conduct site visits and audits with corrective actions.
• Collaborate with carriers, facilities, and partners.
• Support planning, launch, and stabilisation of new parcel centres.
• Identify revenue opportunities while protecting experience.
• Provide hands-on support during peak periods.
• Travel frequently between parcel centres.
