Qualifications

• Experience in HR/People Partnering in an operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR practices.
• Hands-on in managing employee relations cases independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main People contact for leaders in assigned Netherlands operations.
• Guide managers on performance, conduct, grievances, restructurings, and exits.
• Ensure compliant documentation of all People activities and cases.
