Vinted Group is seeking a Regional Parcel Centre Manager to lead a network of Vinted Go-owned parcel centres across the Netherlands, ensuring consistent operational performance, excellent customer service, and strong team engagement.
You will scale and stabilise parcel centre operations through people leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and KPI-driven improvements, traveling frequently to sites and partnering with carriers, facilities, and finance.

As Regional Parcel Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading a network of Vinted Go-owned parcel centres across the Netherlands, ensuring consistent operational performance, excellent customer service, and strong team engagement.
You will play a key role in scaling and stabilising our parcel centre operations, combining people leadership, operational discipline, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver a reliable and efficient service for Vinted members.
Individual learning budget
Each year, you'll be given a learning budget (starting at €3,000), and a total of up to 10 working days over a 2-year period to support your personal and professional development.
