Randstad - Netherlands in Sevenum seeks an experienced Team Lead Parcel Services to steer daily warehouse operations and outbound logistics. You will energize your team during kick-off meetings, manage order volumes, and ensure on-time parcel dispatch with high-quality standards.

The role requires 3-4 years in logistics, 2+ years of people management, and a solid English command. Movement between 09:00 and 19:00 and lifting up to 25 kg are expected.

Responsibilities

• Plan, allocate, and supervise daily operations within the Parcel Services department.

• Hold daily kick-off meetings with the team to set shift targets.
• Support absenteeism management, performance reviews, and team development.
• Assist with recruitment for temp workers and substitute for the Supervisor when necessary.
• Drive process improvements and innovation in parcel handling.
• Resolve conflicts and promote a safe, collaborative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality documents, and company procedures.

• You have an MBO level 4 or Bachelor’s degree
• You have 3-4 years of experience in logistics (experience in parcel shipping or high-volume dispatch is a plus)
• You have 2+ years of people management experience
• You are comfortable working shifting schedules between 09:00 and 19:00
• You are fluent in English (written and verbal)
• You are physically able to lift up to 25 kg
• You are based in or around Sevenum / Venlo
