Job summary

Vanderlande seeks a Warehouse Manager EU to lead the European distribution hubs in Veghel (NL) and Santpedor (ES). You will drive shop-floor productivity, implement TPS/VPS, and ensure OTIF targets while managing local QHSE and the budget.

You will lead a broad leadership layer across multiple sites in a high-stakes, international setting. The role requires a strong, pragmatic leader with 8+ years in large-scale distribution, a relevant degree, and a track record of cost control and workforce

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with strong analytical capability.
• 8+ years in high-volume physical distribution or large-scale fulfillment.
• Experience leading Team Leaders and Supervisors in international settings.
• Experience implementing TPS/VPS on the shop floor.
• Budgeting, local QHSE, and facilities management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Team Leaders and Supervisors across Veghel and Santpedor.
• Implement TPS/VPS principles on the shop floor to boost productivity.
• Balance workforce to meet demand and curb labour costs.
• Ensure OTIF targets are met across EU distribution centers.
• Oversee local QHSE compliance, facilities, and budget for EU PD hubs.
