Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Netherlands to lead the EP commercial strategy and deliver sales targets across the Amersfoort and Utrecht regions. This role demands extensive electrophysiology experience and strong leadership to drive cross-functional initiatives with marketing, clinical teams and key accounts.

You will build a high-performing team, manage vendor and pricing strategies, and develop value-based programs with KOLs to expand catheter

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field.
• Extensive experience in sales and business development in MedTech Electrophysiology.
• Proven leadership with ability to coach and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Develop NL EP commercial strategy and business plans aligned with priorities.
• Drive sales growth and market share; set regional targets for key products.
• Build relationships with KOLs and stakeholders; create value-added programs.
• Lead pricing, tender strategy and cooperate with Commercial Operations.
• Collaborate with Marketing to launch products and support events.
