Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Clinical Consultant Biosense Webster Netherlands to deliver full clinical support and training across the Netherlands region. You will collaborate with Sales Consultants and cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience, training plans, and territory strategy.

You will meet targets, work closely with Product and Business Development teams, and maintain strong relationships with clinical and economic stakeholders to differentiate the biosense

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred in Biomedical Engineering, Technical Medicine or similar.
• Experience in the medical device field or cardiology is strongly preferred.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to gain in-depth product/procedure knowledge and communicate with EP lab stakeholders.
• Self-disciplined, organized, and able to own business objectives; team player and independent thinker.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support for cases using CARTO 3 Navigation System.
• Deliver customer training and transfer knowledge to enable product usage.
• Meet and exceed sales targets within the geographic area.
• Increase catheter utilization in Electrophysiology to gain market share.
• Complete mandatory training and attend local and international programs to stay updated.
• Collaborate with Product Manager and Business Development to drive growth and differentiate from competitors.
• Execute marketing strategies including rollout of new products.
• Maintain relationships with KOLs and key stakeholders.
