Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology seeks a dynamic Sales Leader to drive catheter utilization and market share in the Netherlands. You will set regional targets, lead a cross-functional team, and build strategic relationships with clinicians and payors to execute value-based programs.

You will oversee pricing, tenders, and launches, while guiding analytics, forecasting, and field coaching to achieve ambitious business objectives and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, commercial operations and business development in MedTech Electrophysiology.
• Experience leading teams and coaching others to achieve targets.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute NL EP commercial strategy and plans aligned with global priorities.
• Drive sales growth and market share with clear regional targets and key accounts.
• Build relationships with KOLs and stakeholders to support value-driven programs.
• Lead pricing, commercial and tender strategy with operations to deliver competitive submissions.
• Launch new products with Marketing and cross-functional teams; support congresses and exhibitions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt local plans.
• Ensure accurate sales forecasting, inventory planning and activity coordination.
• Recruit, lead and coach a high-performing team with ongoing development.
• Develop talent and succession pipelines to meet future business objectives.
