Job summary

360Pharma is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive Electrophysiology product sales in the Netherlands. You will develop regional strategies, lead key accounts, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve market share and revenue targets.

You will build strong relationships with clinicians and stakeholders, lead pricing and tender activities, and mentor a high-performing regional team to execute the business plan aligned with European and global priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master degree in Scientific, Business, Life Science or Medical areas.
Extensive experience in sales, commercial operations and business development in MedTech Electrophysiology.
Demonstrated leadership across marketing and/or commercial assignments.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute NL EP commercial strategy and business plans.
Drive sales growth and market share with focus on key products, technologies and strategic accounts.
Lead pricing, commercial and tender strategy with Commercial Operations.
Partner with Marketing and cross-functional teams to launch new products and support congresses/exhibitions.
Monitor market trends and competitors to adapt local plans.
Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing regional sales team.
