Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology unit is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive NL-based sales growth and market share. You will develop regional strategies, lead a high-performing sales team, and collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to implement new product launches and tender initiatives.

The role focuses on developing relationships with KOLs, experts, and stakeholders to optimize catheter utilization and patient outcomes in Electrophysiology across the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Scientific, Business, Life Science or Medical Areas.
• Extensive experience in sales and business development in MedTech Electrophysiology.
• Leadership experience with coaching and team development.
• Electrophysiology experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute NL EP commercial strategy and plans.
• Drive sales growth and market share with regional targets.
• Build relationships with KOLs and stakeholders; create value-added programs.
• Lead pricing, commercial and tender strategies; coordinate with Commercial Operations.
• Partner with Marketing to launch new products and support congresses/exhibitions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities; adapt local plans.
• Ensure sales forecasting and inventory planning; coordinate field activities.
• Recruit, lead and coach a high-performing team; build talent pipeline.
