Johnson & Johnson MedTech is hiring a Clinical Consultant for Biosense Webster Netherlands to deliver full clinical support and training within the territory. You will collaborate with Sales Consultants and Product Management to optimize customer experience, drive sales plans, and expand market share in the Netherlands.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Biomedical Engineering or Technical Medicine, fluent Dutch and English, and a valid driving license.

Qualifikationen

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; master’s degree preferred in Biomedical Engineering, Technical Medicine or similar.
• Experience within the medical device field or cardiology is strongly preferred.
• Fluent in Dutch and English both verbal and written communication.
• Ability to gain in-depth product and procedure knowledge and communicate effectively with all key stakeholders in the EP lab setting.
• Self-disciplined, organized, and able to take ownership of business objectives; team player and independent thinker.
• Driving license required.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical support for cases performed with the CARTO 3 Navigation System.
• Deliver customer training plan and transfer knowledge to empower customers to use BSW products.
• Meet and exceed sales targets aligned with the Business Plan for their geographic area.
• Increase catheter utilization in Electrophysiology to gain market share.
• Collaborate with Product Manager, Business Development Manager, other Clinical Consultants and Sales Consultants to develop activities to achieve sales targets and gain market share.
• Maintain knowledge of competitor's products and strategies in the local market.
