Job summary
Darktrace is seeking a regional Technical Success Manager leader to guide a growing team across Benelux and Nordic regions. You will drive customer adoption, retention and value realization while partnering with Sales, Support and Product to deliver exceptional outcomes.
You will own hiring, onboarding and development, set adoption milestones, and ensure strong executive relationships with CISOs and security leaders. Fluent English plus Dutch or French is required.
Qualifications
- Technical background suitable to lead TSMs credibly.
- Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight or equivalent platforms.
- Track record of driving retention, business outcomes and team performance in CS, SaaS, cybersecurity or enterprise software.
- Fluent English and proficiency in Dutch or French.
- Knowledge of enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS or infrastructure environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing regional TSM team across Benelux and Nordic regions.
- Partner with Sales, Renewals, Product, Support and Professional Services to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Own hiring, onboarding, ramp and ongoing enablement for the region.
- Drive adoption, risk management and value realization for customers.
- Represent Technical Success in regional business reviews and executive meetings.
