Job summary

Sentior, Ltd. is seeking a Process Development Manager to support the Quality and Risk Management Branch and CQO. The role focuses on establishing the NCIA Process Framework, coordinating reviews across NCIA, and creating dashboards for process performance management.

The ideal candidate will lead root cause analyses, conduct audits, and manage SharePoint content for CQO, while leveraging MS Office tools to improve quality metrics and KPIs across the agency.

Qualifications

• Process designing and optimization required.
• Process measuring and monitoring with KPIs and CSFs.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 family and its application.
• Conduct quality review activities and process audits.
• Proven experience with modern quality and risk management tools and techniques.
• MS Visio proficiency.
• MS Word: template management, document reformatting, macros, styles.
• MS Excel: pivot tables, data management, graphics.
• MS PowerPoint: template management.
• SharePoint: content management and site governance.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to Quality and Risk Management Branch and Chief Quality Office by establishing the NCIA Process Framework across NCIA.
• Coordinates process review and optimization sessions across NCIA.
• Creates and maintains dashboards for process performance management.
• Leads complex root cause analysis and process optimizations.
• Performs quality review activities and process audits.
• Manages SharePoint templates and site content for CQO.
• Measures and reports on agency quality metrics and KPIs.
