Job summary

EMW in The Hague, NL, is seeking a Process Development Manager to lead the NCIA Process Framework across NCIA. You will coordinate reviews, develop dashboards for process performance, and drive corrective actions to reduce errors and improve quality.

This role requires strong QA discipline, knowledge of ISO 9000, and extensive MS Office/SharePoint experience. The ideal candidate will manage audits, define controls, and oversee document/template management while coordinating cross-branch

Qualifications

Currently active NATO SECRET security clearance.
Experience in process design and optimization.
Experience in process measuring and monitoring with KPIs.
Knowledge of ISO 9000 family and its application.
Conduct quality reviews and process audits.
Proven experience with quality and risk management tools and techniques.
MS Visio, MS Word templates/macros, styles management, and macros.
MS Excel pivot tables, graphics, and data management.
MS PowerPoint template management.

Responsibilities

Support the establishment of the NCIA Process Framework across NCIA.
Coordinate process review and optimization sessions across NCIA.
Create and maintain dashboard for process performance management.
Identify and plan corrective actions to reduce errors and improve quality.
Evaluate non-compliances with organisational standards and determine root causes.
Lead complex root cause analysis and process optimizations.
Define and conduct quality review activities and process audits.
Create, maintain and manage Microsoft Office Templates.
Content Management for SharePoint sites under CQO.
Measures and reports on Agency quality metrics and KPIs.
Performs other duties as required.
