The Role

As a Purchaser & Procurement Specialist, you are responsible for both the strategic and operational purchasing of our product categories. You manage stock levels, negotiate with suppliers, analyze market developments, and ensure a cost‑efficient and reliable supply of products.

What You Will Do

• Manage strategic and operational purchasing for smartphone and tablet components.
• Analyze stock levels, turnover, safety stock, and demand forecasts.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery conditions with international suppliers.
• Manage supplier performance and drive continuous improvement in quality and service.
• Conduct cost analyses, margin reports, and purchasing performance reviews.
• Optimize procurement workflows within our ERP system (e.g., NetSuite).
• Coordinate product introductions together with Product, Quality, and Warehouse teams.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, Product Information, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth end‑to‑end processes.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Exact, or similar).
• Strong negotiation and supplier‑management skills.
• Analytical, structured, and detail‑oriented approach to work.
• Strong Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and proficient with Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate both strategically and operationally.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken).
• Experience working with international suppliers is a plus.
