Job summary

Flow Traders is seeking a Property & Facilities Manager for our Amsterdam office on a part-time basis. You will be the representative for all facilities-related activities, overseeing external providers and ensuring proactive issue resolution.

The role requires ownership, independence, and the ability to balance day-to-day operations with broader workplace priorities. You will report to the COO and support lease-related activities and workplace projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in property, facilities or workplace management within a corporate office.
• Experience managing outsourced facilities providers, landlords and vendors.
• Ability to manage facilities budgets and review invoices.
• Strong organizational skills with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of facilities and workplace management for our Amsterdam office.
• Act as the main contact for external facilities providers, landlords and vendors.
• Manage outsourced providers against service level expectations and budgets.
• Oversee day-to-day building matters and ensure timely resolutions.
• Support health & safety requirements and maintain a safe workplace.
• Monitor facilities budgets and vendor invoices.
• Coordinate office moves, refurbishments and lease-related tasks.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations and report to senior stakeholders.
