Job summary

Flow Traders is seeking a Property & Facilities Manager for our Amsterdam office on a part-time basis. You will own facilities, act as the primary contact for external providers and oversee budgets and safety requirements in a hands-on role.

The position reports to the COO and involves coordinating moves, refurbishments and lease-related activities while balancing day-to-day operations with strategic workplace priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in property, facilities or workplace management.
• Knowledge of building services and workplace health & safety requirements.
• Experience managing outsourced facilities providers and vendors.
• Ability to manage budgets and review invoices.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of facilities and workplace management for Flow Traders Amsterdam office.
• Act as the main contact for external facilities providers, landlords and vendors.
• Manage outsourced providers against service levels and expectations.
• Oversee day-to-day building and facilities matters and drive issues to resolution.
• Support health & safety requirements and maintain a safe workplace.
• Monitor facilities budgets, costs and vendor invoices.
• Coordinate external vendors and contractors as needed.
• Support office moves, refurbishments and lease-related activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve workplace and facilities operations.
