Job summary

ELINEX in the Netherlands is seeking a proactive Project Preparator to join our Projects team. You ensure that the right people and materials are where they need to be, identify bottlenecks, and support project managers with data, post-calculations and reports.

You will maintain contacts with customers, suppliers and colleagues, participate in project discussions, and help plan and execute projects from start to finish, contributing to margins and quality.

Qualifications

• Must have customer-focused mindset and service orientation.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to keep an overview and set priorities while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Study incoming orders/quotes and monitor planning.
• Coordinate materials and direct third parties with project managers.
• Prepare post-calculations and reports for ongoing/completed projects.
• Maintain project files and communicate with customers, suppliers and engineers.
