A technical installation company is looking for a Work Planner to support the planning and coordination of electrical installation activities across a major building redevelopment project in Rotterdam.

The role focuses on supporting project execution through detailed planning, material coordination and technical preparation activities within a large multidisciplinary construction environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate work planning activities for electrical installation projects
• Review technical drawings and engineering documentation
• Support material calculations, procurement and ordering activities
• Coordinate planning and scheduling with project teams and subcontractors
• Organise and participate in project and coordination meetings
• Support site teams with technical preparation and execution planning
• Maintain project documentation and monitor planning progress throughout project phases

Requirements

• Experience as a Work Planner within electrical installation or building services projects
• Electrical installation background required
• Experience reviewing technical drawings and project documentation
• Experience coordinating materials, planning and project preparation activities
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Experience within large-scale construction or redevelopment projects is beneficial
• Dutch strongly preferred - English required
