Job summary

NTS Eindhoven is seeking a proactive Planner to coordinate daily and medium‑term production planning in a fast‑paced high‑tech environment. You will align lead times, delivery priorities, and capacity with Production, Purchasing, and Sales, ensuring smooth operations on the shop floor.

With HBO in logistics and strong ERP/Navision experience, you’ll thrive on data‑driven decisions, identifying bottlenecks and driving continuous improvement while communicating clearly in Dutch and English across

Qualifications

HBO level in Logistics or equivalent is required
Experience in a technical production environment is a plus
Experience with ERP/Navision is preferred
Strong Excel skills and a data‑driven mindset
Fluent Dutch and English, written and spoken

Responsibilities

Set up, monitor, and optimize the planning process in the ERP system for production orders
Plan and manage short- and medium-term capacity and material supply
Assess, incorporate, and monitor urgent orders and accelerate production when needed
Analyze weekly planning and advise management on bottlenecks
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in material supply with Purchasing
Understand logistics parameters like safety stocks and order quantities for delivery reliability
Be visible on the shop floor to coordinate with Operations
