Job summary

TMC is seeking a Work Planner based in Nieuwegein to join the execution team. You will be involved in the entire preparation process of infrastructure projects and support the site manager during execution.

You’ll work with a tight team to ensure every detail is arranged before project start. The role requires a completed MBO level education and 3–5 years of related experience, with Dutch language skills at B2 level or higher.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of work planning experience in infrastructure.
• Strong communication skills and flexible mindset.
• Good knowledge of automation and administrative systems.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, manage, and maintain project folders and schedules.
• Review assignments and maintain client contact.
• Calculate, order, and reserve materials and equipment; draft plans and inspection approaches.
• Request quotes and evaluate third-party suppliers; handle data processing and general admin tasks.
