Job summary

Linesight in the Netherlands seeks a Senior Planner to lead complex project scheduling, defining milestones and dependencies and ensuring alignment with the project execution plan. You will work with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver on time and within scope.

You will apply Primavera P6 to build schedules, conduct quantitative risk assessments, and manage priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Degree in project management or construction, or comparable experience.
• Experience in planning and scheduling with strong scheduling skills.
• Experience with quantitative risk assessment (QRA) and communicating findings.
• Detail oriented and quality focused.

Responsibilities

• Build project schedules encompassing full project scope, milestones and timelines using critical plan methodology.
• Define clear responsibility and ownership for all project outcomes via WBS methodology.
• Ensure schedule adheres to the project execution plan and contracting, procurement, and project control strategy documents.
• Baselining schedules and managing periodic updates.
• Manage the fully integrated project schedule and structure for reviews at multiple levels.
• Negotiate and mediate timelines and interdependencies between key partners for client outcomes.
• Provide regular updates on schedule progress.
• Review external schedules to ensure best scheduling practices are used.
