STX Group in Amsterdam is seeking a Product Manager for Counterparty Lifecycle & CRM. You will own the end-to-end product delivery, from qualified prospects through CRM, KYC and credit approval, including HubSpot configurations and integrations.

This hands-on role requires strategic clarity and operational rigor, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver impactful improvements. You will work closely with Commercial leadership, Marketing, Compliance and Operations to optimize workflows,

Formación

• Hands-on product management experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems and data analysis is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product delivery for counterparty lifecycle from qualified prospects through CRM, KYC and credit approval.
• Own HubSpot as the system of engagement, including data model, lifecycle stages, workflows and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and prioritize opportunities across the lifecycle.
• Define acceptance criteria and oversee development, testing and release of features; monitor adoption and metrics.
• Maintain backlog discipline and ensure Jira tickets capture all initiative requirements.
• Drive quarterly, monthly and sprint planning; monitor team capacity and flag risks early.
• Run team ceremonies and continuously improve team processes; coordinate specs, decision logs and release notes.
