Job summary

Jobgether, via a partner, seeks a Product Manager, Corporate Actions in the Netherlands. Own end-to-end lifecycle for post-trade operations, data quality, vendor relationships, and workflows to ensure timely processing of corporate actions.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, compliance, tax, and legal to translate regulatory needs into robust product requirements while expanding into international markets and new asset classes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of brokerage corporate action processing and event types.
• Experience building product roadmaps and managing backlogs.
• Understanding of clearing operations, ledgers, and books/records.
• Strong stakeholder management across engineering, ops, compliance, tax, finance, legal.
• Fluency with financial data systems, vendor feeds, and data quality controls.
• Sound risk-based judgment balancing regulatory and operational needs.
• Familiarity with tax reporting implications and security master attributes appreciated.
• Experience with B2B2C financial services or partner ecosystems is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced global team.
• Comfort using AI tools for requirements drafting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the Corporate Actions product lifecycle from roadmap to delivery.
• Oversee data providers, validation workflows, and data quality standards.
• Design phased automation for mandatory actions and pre-reconciliation.
• Develop dashboards and monitoring to track processing times and volumes.
• Coordinate readiness for international markets and new event types.
• Ensure upstream data governance across security master data and ledgers.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, compliance, tax, finance, and legal.
• Expand responsibilities across clearing and post-trade systems as needed.
