Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Banking Networks in Amsterdam. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of banking integrations, collaborating with engineering, compliance, risk, and commercial teams to build scalable connectivity to banks, clearing houses, and payment rails worldwide.

You will drive strategy, partner with cross-functional teams, and translate market needs into actionable roadmaps while focusing on customer value and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or related field within fintech/financial services focusing on payments.
• Experience launching and scaling transactional banking products and familiarity with market infrastructures such as clearing houses or real-time rails.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term vision and strategy for Adyen's global banking network.
• Translate market opportunities and regulatory requirements into clear roadmaps and success metrics.
• Simplify complex banking connectivity into actionable integration use cases with engineering and commercial teams.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for banking network integrations and underlying capabilities.
• Act as primary product authority for global banking networks across Adyen.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Support, Sales and Implementation to align capabilities with needs.
