Job summary

Nebius is hiring an Operations Specialist to coordinate end-to-end expense, payment, and documentation processes. You will partner with finance, procurement, legal, compliance, accounting, treasury, and logistics to ensure timely and compliant processing of company purchases.

The role requires strong attention to detail, independence within established frameworks, and initiative to improve operational workflows across teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required for cross-functional collaboration and external communication.
• Experience with ERP or finance/document management systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks within defined procedures are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement-related processes including purchase requests, orders, and onboarding.
• Manage document workflows and version control with internal teams and external contractors.
• Coordinate agreements, reconciliations, reports, and other operational documents.
• Process reports for completeness and accuracy according to internal standards.
• Support Accounts Payable to process transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Legal and Accounting to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth workflows.
• Advise stakeholders on transaction processing requirements and documentation standards.
• Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
