Nebius, Amsterdam-based leader in AI cloud infrastructure, seeks an Operations Specialist to coordinate end-to-end expense, payment, and documentation processes. You will work with finance, procurement, legal, and treasury to ensure timely and compliant processing of company purchases.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in procurement operations, strong document management skills, and experience with ERP systems. English fluency and meticulous work habits are essential.

Formación

• 1-2 years in procurement operations, purchasing administration or similar role.
• Experience with end-to-end procure-to-pay processes and document management.
• Working knowledge of accounts payable and contract/gateway documentation.
• Experience collaborating with Legal, Accounting, Finance and treasury teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented standards.

Responsabilidades

• Support procurement processes: requests, purchase orders, vendor onboarding.
• Coordinate between requestors, procurement, finance and suppliers.
• Manage documents with version control and secure storage.
• Coordinate agreements, reconciliations, and operational reports.
• Assist Accounts Payable to support transaction processing and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process questions.
