Job summary

Nebius, a Nasdaq-listed Amsterdam-headquartered cloud platform, is seeking a Business Operations Team Lead to drive the P2P lifecycle and oversee a high-performing operations team. You will partner with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to implement scalable processes and continuous improvements.

The role combines people leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring timely, compliant, and efficient operations as the company scales globally.

Qualifications

5+ years in Business Operations, Procurement Operations, Finance Operations, P2P, or related operational role.
Proven leadership and team development experience.
Experience with end-to-end P2P processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the Business Operations team, setting clear expectations and providing ongoing feedback.
Hands-on involvement in Business Operations activities, managing PRs, tickets, and complex cases within the P2P lifecycle.
Own and improve Business Operations processes and standards for scalable execution.
Drive performance by monitoring metrics, identifying trends, and taking corrective actions.
Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, AP, Legal, Accounting, Treasury, Logistics, and other stakeholders.
Identify recurring issues and gaps; drive practical improvements from start to finish.
Contribute to design, testing, implementation, and adoption of new workflows and automation.
Ensure alignment with internal policies, controls, and business requirements.
Lead cross-functional projects to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
