Job summary

Nebius is seeking a hands-on Business Operations Team Lead to manage a growing group of Operations Specialists and own end-to-end P2P processes. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Finance, Legal and Treasury to optimize workflows for a fast-growing AI cloud platform.

You will coach and develop staff, monitor KPIs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the P2P lifecycle while ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Procurement Operations, Finance Operations, P2P, or a related operational role.
• Experience leading and developing team members.
• Experience driving cross-functional processes and working with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, AP, Legal, Accounting, and other business functions.
• Fluent English.
• Experience working in a global and rapidly scaling organization.
• Experience with ERP, procurement, finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Business Operations team.
• Manage PRs, requests, and tickets, while supporting complex cases and escalations across the P2P lifecycle.
• Own and continuously improve Business Operations processes and standards for scalability.
• Drive operational performance by monitoring metrics, identifying trends, and taking action.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, AP, Legal, Accounting, Treasury, and other stakeholders to resolve cross‑functional topics.
• Identify recurring issues and drive practical improvements from identification through implementation.
• Drive and contribute to the design, testing, and adoption of new workflows, systems, automation, and capabilities.
• Ensure processes and execution align with internal policies and controls.
• Lead cross‑functional projects to improve efficiency, quality, controls, and scalability.
