Job summary

WLG, a multinational defence organisation, seeks a Process & SharePoint Specialist to design and optimize processes and dashboards. You will collaborate with process owners, develop templates, and manage SharePoint content for quality operations.

The role requires hands-on process design, KPI definition, and automation scripting, with strong Office skills and SharePoint expertise. A supportive work environment with extension opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

Must have hands-on experience designing and optimizing processes.
Experience measuring performance with KPIs and CSFs.
Ability to automate tasks with Python or React.
Expertise with SharePoint design, lists, libraries and content.
Experience administering SharePoint 2013/2019.
Proficient in quality tools.
Strong MS Office skills: Word templates, Excel pivots, PowerPoint, Visio.
Nice to have: VBA and Access.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain dashboards showing how processes perform across the organisation.
Collaborate with process owners to design the process properly from the start.
Create, maintain and manage the document templates everyone uses.
Run content management for the SharePoint sites the quality office owns.
Measure and report the organisation's quality metrics and KPIs.
