Job summary

Wlgroup in The Hague is seeking a Process and Quality Dashboards Specialist to design and maintain dashboards that show how processes perform across the organisation. You will work with process owners to ensure the process is designed correctly and produce templates and SharePoint content.

You'll automate routine tasks with Python or React, create lists and libraries in SharePoint, and monitor quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and optimizing processes.
• Ability to measure and monitor KPIs.
• Some coding ability in Python or React.
• SharePoint design and administration knowledge.
• Microsoft Office suite expertise.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining dashboards that show how processes are performing across the organisation.
• Sitting with process owners and helping them design the process properly in the first place.
• Creating, maintaining and managing the document templates everyone else works in.
• Running content management for the SharePoint sites the quality office owns.
• Measuring and reporting the organisation's quality metrics and key performance indicators.
