Job summary

WLG in The Hague area is seeking a professional to design and build dashboards that reveal process performance across a multinational defence organisation. You will collaborate with process owners to shape the process and ensure the templates and SharePoint sites are well managed.

You bring hands-on experience in designing and optimizing processes, defining KPIs, some coding in Python or React, and strong SharePoint expertise (2013/2019).

Qualifications

• Real experience designing and optimising processes, not only documenting them.
• Ability to define and monitor CSFs and KPIs and keep them honest.
• Some coding capability to automate tasks (Python, React or similar).
• SharePoint design-privilege level skills, including lists, libraries, attributes and site pages.
• MS Office proficiency including Word templates, Excel pivot charts, PowerPoint, Visio.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards showing process performance across the organisation.
• Collaborate with process owners to design the process properly.
• Create, maintain and manage document templates used by the team.
• Run content management for the SharePoint sites owned by the quality office.
• Measure and report quality metrics and KPIs.
