Qualifications

• Maintain and update presales knowledge repositories.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical specs using CRM and proposal tools.
• Develop solution presentations and technical documentation with PowerPoint and Word.
• Support configuration and demonstration of product features for customer questions.
• Collaborate with presales to prepare RFP/RFI responses and competitive proposals.
• Maintain presales knowledge repositories to ensure up-to-date information.
