Job summary

Creative Fabrica is building a new generation of AI products and wants to become a widely covered industry story. As PR & Earned Media Manager, you will own Creative Fabrica's earned-media presence and build relationships with journalists, newsletters, podcasts and creators across AI, technology and the creator ecosystem.

This is a full-time, in-office role at our Amsterdam HQ, with an annual allowance of 30 work-from-anywhere days.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in PR, media, communications or journalism with demonstrable earned-media coverage
• Strong understanding of how journalists and modern media operate
• Experience developing and pitching compelling story angles for complex products or tech
• Excellent written and spoken English, concise media communications
• Ability to build relationships with journalists, editors, creators and executives
• Proactive, persistent and able to act quickly on opportunities
• Curiosity about AI, technology and creator ecosystem with sound judgment

Responsibilities

• Own the earned-media strategy and accountability for coverage and reach
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, newsletters, podcasters, creators
• Pitch proactively with strong story angles around products, launches and industry trends
• Create newsworthy moments using data, product usage, experiments and trends
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on launches and craft narratives for media
• Track coverage, reach, backlinks and mentions to build a repeatable PR engine
• Prepare spokespeople and develop thought-leadership opportunities for leadership
• Experiment boldly with PR ideas, campaigns and collaborations
• Ride the news cycle and provide timely media perspectives
