Job summary

Creative Fabrica in Amsterdam HQ is seeking a Partnerships Manager to own external partnerships across our AI business. You will research companies, reach out, negotiate and push partnerships through to launch.

You will work with Product, Product Marketing, Growth and leadership, developing your own pipeline and driving opportunities from outreach to launch. This is a full-time, in-office role with a generous annual allowance of work-from-anywhere days and travel flexibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development or a similar external-facing role.
• End-to-end deal experience from outreach through negotiation to execution.
• Commercial sharpness: quickly evaluate if an opportunity makes business sense.
• Strong written and spoken English; comfortable with senior stakeholders.
• Tech and AI fluency; interest in AI ecosystems.
• Extreme proactivity; ability to contact new opportunities without introductions.
• High organisation to manage a large pipeline and persistent follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Own the partnerships pipeline from identification through outreach, negotiation, launch and ongoing development.
• Create conversations by identifying platforms and AI providers and proactively reaching out.
• Build relationships across the AI ecosystem and attend industry events to open doors.
• Develop creative partnership concepts around integrations, models, launches and co-marketing.
• Unlock early access with AI providers and secure APIs and technology.
• Build the business case and present internal opportunities for approval.
• Negotiate and close terms within parameters and coordinate contracts.
• Drive follow-through with Product, Engineering and Product Marketing to ensure launches.
• Maintain a repeatable engine and pipeline status for ongoing partnerships.
