Job summary

Creative Fabrica is building a new generation of AI products, and our marketing team is empowered to move faster through internal tools and automation. As Marketing Engineer, you’ll bridge engineering, AI, automation and growth, identifying bottlenecks and delivering practical software and AI-driven solutions that scale marketing efforts.

This is a hands-on, in-office role at our Amsterdam HQ, with an annual allowance of 30 work-from-anywhere days.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical experience in software/marketing engineering or automation.
• Hands-on integration with APIs and webhooks.
• Fluent with AI APIs and AI coding tools.
• Execution-oriented: turn problems into working solutions.
• Proactive ownership: ship early and iterate.
• Clear written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Build internal tools: ship full-stack apps for marketing and creative teams.
• Automate repetitive marketing processes by connecting platforms and APIs.
• Develop AI-powered workflows and tooling with AI models.
• Prototype quickly and deliver usable tools to the team.
• Own web experiences: landing pages and campaign pages.
• Empower non-technical teammates to launch and modify workflows.
• Incorporate measurement: analytics in tools and pages.
• Hunt for leverage with channel owners and Creative Studio.
• Stay on the AI frontier by evaluating models and automation platforms.
• Scale successful tools for larger impact.
