Job summary

Creative Fabrica is hiring a PR & Earned Media Manager to own our earned-media presence from Amsterdam HQ. You will build relationships with journalists, newsletters and podcasters across AI, technology and the creator ecosystem, and craft compelling stories around our AI products and launches.

You will work cross-functionally with Product Marketing and leadership, shaping narratives and driving coverage beyond traditional press releases.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in PR or media
• Media-savvy understanding of journalists and modern media
• Pitching and storytelling to turn complex products into simple narratives
• Excellent written and spoken English for media communications
• Strong relationship-building with journalists, creators and industry people
• Relentless proactivity; move fast to capitalise on opportunities
• Curiosity and judgment about AI, technology and the creator ecosystem

Responsibilities

• Own the earned-media strategy and be accountable for coverage and reach
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, newsletters, podcasters and creators
• Pitch proactively with strong story angles around products, launches and company developments
• Create newsworthy moments from data, experiments and trends; develop original stories and insights
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on launches and shape narratives for journalists
• Track coverage, backlinks and mentions; build a repeatable PR engine
• Prepare spokespeople with pitches, materials, interviews and talking points
• Experiment boldly with unconventional PR ideas and campaigns
• Ride the news cycle by contributing relevant perspectives and expert commentary
