Job summary

Creative Fabrica is seeking an Educational Content Producer in Amsterdam to own education content around our AI tools. You’ll work hands-on, using the product to identify workflows and develop tutorials, demonstrations, and launch content in close collaboration with product teams.

You’ll shape engaging formats across multiple channels, iterating with performance data to improve reach and usefulness. This role is based in-office at our Amsterdam HQ with flexible travel for launches and events.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of content production experience.
• Strong scripting and storytelling skills with excellent English.
• Ability to record, edit, and produce screen recordings and voiceovers.
• Experience taking content from concept through production to publication.
• Comfort using content analytics to improve future work.
• High-velocity, low-ego work approach with openness to feedback.
• Genuine interest in AI products and quick learning of new tech.

Responsibilities

• Own content end to end from idea through scripting, recording, production and publication.
• Become an expert user of our AI products and discover workflows worth sharing.
• Turn new features into practical tutorials and demonstrations.
• Write compelling scripts with strong hooks and narratives.
• Record and present on camera when appropriate.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to align education with launches.
• Develop multi-channel content concepts for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, and emails.
• Create scalable formats and workflows with video/editor teams to increase output.
