Job summary

Creative Fabrica B.V. is seeking a Graphic Designer to shape the visual identity of Creative Fabrica AI across marketing touchpoints. You will collaborate with Motion Designers, Video Editor and product marketing to craft assets for launches, campaigns and social content.

This full-time, in-office role at our Amsterdam HQ emphasizes rapid iteration, strong design judgment, and AI-assisted workflows, with an annual allowance of 30 work-from-anywhere days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of graphic/visual design experience with portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI in creative workflows.
• Solid typography, composition, colour, hierarchy and storytelling.
• Ability to maintain brand consistency across assets.
• High velocity and ability to iterate quickly while delivering quality.

Responsibilities

• Create assets across marketing touchpoints for launches, campaigns and channels.
• Turn ideas into strong, visually compelling concepts.
• Produce high volumes of quality creative with speed and craft balance.
• Incorporate AI into ideation, generation, exploration and production.
• Design assets for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X and other platforms.
• Ensure consistency across static, motion and video assets.
• Contribute to evolving visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Build reusable templates and design systems for scalable output.
• Iterate based on performance data and feedback.
