Job summary

Creative Fabrica is seeking a Partnerships Manager to own the external partnerships for its AI portfolio. You will research, reach out, negotiate, and drive partnerships through to launch, collaborating with Product, Growth, and Leadership. This is a full-time, in-office role at our Amsterdam HQ with 30 work-from-anywhere days annually.

You will build a repeatable partnerships engine, manage a large pipeline, and pursue opportunities beyond initial agreements to create value for both sides.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development or a similar external-facing role.
• End-to-end deal experience from outreach to negotiation and execution.
• Commercial sharpness to assess business value quickly.
• Strong written and spoken English and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Tech and AI fluency with interest in AI ecosystems.
• Extreme proactivity and ability to pursue opportunities independently.
• High organisational skills to manage a large pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own the partnerships pipeline from identification to launch and ongoing development.
• Create conversations with AI providers and potential partners, pro-actively reaching out.
• Build relationships across the AI ecosystem and leverage events to open doors.
• Develop creative partnership concepts around integrations, models, launches and distribution.
• Secure early access to new models, APIs and technology.
• Build the internal business case and drive negotiations and contracts.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering and Product Marketing to ensure launches.
