Job summary

Creative Fabrica, headquartered in Amsterdam, seeks a Marketing Engineer to bridge engineering, AI, automation and growth.

You will rapidly prototype internal applications, automate workflows, and craft AI-driven tools that boost marketing velocity across channels. This role sits in-office at the Amsterdam HQ with a generous 30 work-from-anywhere days per year and a fast-moving growth mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical experience in software engineering, growth engineering, marketing engineering, automation or a similar role.
• Integration experience with APIs, webhooks and third-party integrations.
• AI fluency with LLMs and AI APIs; experience with AI coding tools and workflows.
• Execution-oriented and pragmatic; ship what’s needed, not over-engineer.
• Proactive ownership: identify opportunities, ship early versions, gather feedback.

Responsibilities

• Build internal tools - full-stack applications for marketing and creative teams.
• Automate repetitive marketing processes by connecting platforms and APIs.
• Create AI-powered workflows using LLMs, image and video models.
• Prototype quickly and ship internal tools and landing pages.
• Own web experiences - landing pages and campaign pages.
• Empower non-technical teammates to use tools and document them.
• Incorporate analytics and tracking to measure experiments.
• Collaborate with channel owners, Product Marketing and Creative Studio to find leverage.
• Stay on the AI frontier; evaluate new models and platforms for value.
• Scale valuable tools and make marketing processes repeat at greater scale.
