Rituals is seeking a Customer Relations & Sales Ambassador to assist Polish and English-speaking customers via email, phone, and social media. You’ll turn questions into solutions, spot sales opportunities, and deliver authentic, non-scripted service while representing the Rituals brand.

Based at The Edge West in Amsterdam with a hybrid work model, you’ll join a team committed to delightful customer experiences and premium lifestyle products.

Qualifications

• Polish (native) and English (C1–C2) written and verbal skills.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication, empathy and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to contact for Polish and English-speaking customers via email, phone and social media.
• Spot sales opportunities and recommend Rituals products.
• Provide personal, engaging service with authentic responses.
• Maintain quality and productivity toward targets and KPIs.
